Prior to Cornell
Stilwell joined the Big Red in July of 2023 following three seasons as an assistant coach for the Ithaca College volleyball team. Prior to that, she spent three years as head coach for the U16 and U18 Little Red Volleyball Club. She also spent a summer as a volleyball and conditioning coach at Grandview High School in Colorado.
Playing Career
Stilwell was a four-year all-conference starting libero on the Bombers volleyball team at Ithaca College. She was named All-Liberty League honorable mention her junior year and All-Liberty League Second Team her senior year, before earning her degree in Applied Psychology with a minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2019.
