PRIOR TO CORNELL:
Ellery Williamson arrives at Cornell from Toronto, Ontario, where she was a standout outside hitter for the University of Toronto Schools and Phoenix Volleyball Club. A two-time OFSAA "A" bronze medalist, Williamson earned Team MVP honors in 2025 after helping lead her high school program to provincial success. On the club circuit, she established herself as one of Canada's top young volleyball players, serving as a co-captain for Phoenix Volleyball Club's 18U National and Provincial Championship team in 2025 after helping the 17U squad capture national and provincial titles in 2024. Williamson was named to the All-Canadian Team in 2023, 2024 and 2025, earned MVP honors at the 2025 Capitol Hill Classic 18U Open Championship and represented Canada as a member of the U17 National Team in 2024. She also served as captain of Phoenix Legacy during the 2025-26 season.

PERSONAL:
Ellery Elizabeth Williamson is the daughter of Betsy and Shane Williamson. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences and plans to study public policy with aspirations of a career in law. A native of Toronto, Ontario, Williamson was heavily involved in student leadership throughout high school, serving as House Deputy Prefect during the 2024-25 academic year before being elected House Prefect for 2025-26. Her leadership and service earned her both the Beverly Matthews Award for Prefects and the Dr. T.M. Porter Memorial Scholarship for Prefects in 2025.
