2024 l JUNIOR SEASON
Played in three sets in three matches... registered five assists and a dig. 

2023 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Appeared in 20 sets over 12 matches for Cornell, logging 50 assists and 20 digs … Recorded career-high 11 assists and five digs in five-set match versus Columbia (10/21).

2022 l FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in two sets in two games ... recorded eights assists, four in each game (vs. Dartmouth, at Harvard) ... logged three digs in the game against Dartmouth (10/15). 

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Was a three-time all-conference selection and Team MVP at Brecksville Broadview Heights HS ... elected captain in each of her final three seasons ... led the team to conference and sectional titles as a senior.

PERSONAL
Joy Chang Liu is the daughter of Yunhai and Zhaoxia Liu and has one older sister ... her sister played volleyball at Cornell University, rounding out a third set of sisters on the roster ... she is enrolled in the SC Johnson College of Business.
