As a senior (2020)

• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a junior (2019)

• Appeared in 10 matches as a junior, making three starts.
• Made her first start of the season against Saint Francis (Pa.) on Sept. 21.
• Averaged 2.87 points and 2.70 kills per set while hitting .236 on the year.
• Posted double-digit kills on three occasions, including a career-high 16 kills against Yale on Nov. 8.
• Also notched a season-best seven digs against the Bulldogs.
• Hit a season-best .333 with 10 kills against Saint Francis (Pa.).
• Finished the year with 62 kills, 24 digs, and 6.0 blocks.

As a sophomore (2018)

• Saw action in five matches during the season, playing vs. Siena, Wright State, Western Illinois, Yale (Oct. 6) and Penn (Oct. 13).
• Posted a season-high 11 kills vs. Wright State to go along with 13 digs and three block assists.
• Finished the year with 25 kills, 33 digs, four blocks and three service aces.

As a freshman (2017)

• Played in eight matches as a rookie, making one start.
• Averaged 1.47 kills and 2.11 digs per set.
• Registered a career-high seven kills vs. Stony Brook.
• Posted a career-high 11 digs at Columbia (10/21/17).

Prior to Cornell

• Was a four year letter winner and two-time team captain at Blue Valley High School.
• Finished her career as the all-time leader at Blue Valley HS with 1,099 career kills.
• Was a three-time Eastern Kansas League (EKL) first team selection after a Highest Honorable Mention selection as a freshman.
• Following her senior season, Stubbs was named to the MO-KAN All-Star team
• Was a two time Kansas All-State 6A selection, earning second team honors as a senior and honorable mention accolades as a sophomore.
• Earned Prep Volleyball Soph 79 Highest Honorable Mention accolades in 2014 and was named Prep Volleyball Frosh 59 Highest Honorable Mention in 2013.
• Helped Blue Valley High School to a third place finish at the 2013 Kansas 6A State Tournament.
• As a member of KC Power, Stubbs took fifth place in the Open Division at both the 2015 and 2016 USAV Nationals, after a seventh place finish in 2014.

Personal

• Lauren Elizabeth Stubbs is the daughter of Cliff and Kara Stubbs and she has one younger brother.
• She is enrolled in the College of Human Ecology.
