As a junior (2019)

• Played in 21 matches as a junior, making 13 starts as one of the team’s two primary setters.
• Ranked second on the team in assists (424), averaging 5.58/set, a mark which was eighth in the Ivy League.
• With her 424 assists in 2019, improved to 11th all-time in Cornell history in career-assists (1,453).
• Registered at least 20 assists on 10 occasions, including 25+ five times.
• Posted a season-best 29 assists against Buffalo on Sept. 20 and Brown on Nov. 9.
• Tallied double-digit digs three times, securing dig-assist double-doubles against Saint Mary’s on Sept. 13, Yale on Nov. 8, and Brown on Nov. 9.
• Ranked fourth on the team in service aces, notching 18 on the season.
• Finished the season with 136 digs, the fifth-most on the Big Red roster.

As a sophomore (2018)

• Named to the 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-District Volleyball Team, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
• Selected Academic All-Ivy.
• One of just three Big Red to appear in all 24 matches.
• Compiled a team-high 701 assists on the season.
• Registered 30+ assists in half of Cornell's matches (12), including seven Ivy League contests.
• Amassed 50 or more assists twice on the season, including a career-high 51 in a victory over Columbia on Oct. 20.
• Finished with 203 digs, with 10 assist-dig double-doubles on the year, to go along with 21 blocks, 20 service aces and 15 kills.

As a freshman (2017)

• Became one of the team’s primary setters in the third weekend of her rookie season.
• Finished the year ranked first on the team and seventh in the Ivy League in assists per game (6.00).
• Ranked third on the team and 19th in the conference with 2.37 digs per set. 
• Registered at least 20 assists 11 times with a season-high 35 in the season final vs. Brown. 
• Tallied double-digit digs eight times, including a season-high 14 at Yale (10/7).
• Had the fourth most service aces on the team (12).

Prior to Cornell

• A four-year starter and two-time team captain for South Eugene High School
• Southwestern Conference Player of the Year and first-team all-state as a senior.
• Three-time first-team All-League (2013, 2015, 2016)
• Three-time team MVP.
• Led her team to a fifth place finish at the state tournament and was named all-tournament second-team as a senior.
• Played with Webfoot Juniors and served as the club team’s captain for two years.
• Participated for four years at Junior Nationals with Webfoot Juniors.

Personal

• Zoe McKenna Chamness is the daughter of Tom and Tammy Chamness and she has an older brother and an older sister.
• She is enrolled in the College of Human Ecology.
