An athletic forward with great potential, Osgood has a soft touch from the perimeter. A good rebounder who could also develop as a shot blocker, Osgood spent much of his first two seasons as part of the scout team with an eye on the future.

As a junior
Osgood played in 14 contests off the bench and recorded 10 points, 14 rebounds and three assists in just 29 minutes of action. Osgood made 4-of-6 shots from the floor and had five offensive rebounds. He scored four points, including a dunk, in the win at Columbia and grabbed three rebounds in four minutes against Clarkson. Osgood has made his last four field goals after missing his first two of the year.

As a sophomore
Osgood missed a majority of his sophomore season with an injury, but did play in four contests off the bench. He recorded two points, three rebounds and two assists in 15 total minutes. Osgood had two points and two assists in the win over Brown and played seven minutes against Ursinus, collecting two rebounds and a blocked shot.

As a freshman
Osgood played in nine games as a freshman, averaging 0.9 points and 0.3 rebounds while playing a total of 26 minutes. He made 4-of-5 shots for 80 percent during the season. Osgood’s top game came in the win over Alvernia, as he got a dunk in transition for his first college points en route to a six-point, two-rebound effort in 12 minutes.

At Overlake HS
A first-team all-league selection as a senior at Overlake HS, Osgood averaged 12.5 points per game. He was named the Seattle Times state athlete of the week after a 19-point, 12-rebounds three-blocked shot effort in helping his team to its first state berth in 35 years. A two-time Washington state all-academic selection, he served as team captain as a senior. Osgood also averaged 8.8 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game as a junior. He competed on the tennis team, winning a state doubles title as a senior and earning first-team all-league honors three times. He played three seasons of lacrosse as well.

Personal
Aaron James Osgood is the son of Jim Osgood and Susan Richardson and has an older sister, Mariah. He is enrolled in the College of Architecture, Art and Planning.
