In 2012-13 (senior)
McMillan played in 14 contests with one start for a total of 55 minutes, recording seven points, eight rebounds, an assist, a block and a steal. He scored three points and grabbed two rebounds in a senior day start against Yale and recorded three points, a blocked shot and a steal in two minutes against Stony Brook. McMillan grabbed three boards against Dartmouth.

In 2011-12 (junior)
McMillan played in eight games off the bench in 11 minutes. He scored five points and grabbed a rebound in five minutes of action against Albright.

In 2010-11 (sophomore)
McMillan played in 13 contests, primarily off the bench, averaging 0.9 points and 0.8 rebounds in 5.5 minutes per game. He had a breakout nine-point, four-rebound effort while hitting three 3-pointers at Minnesota after seeing his first action of the season at Syracuse, playing four minutes in a loss to the Orange. McMillan had three points and two rebounds at Binghamton. He earned his first career start in the team’s victory against Southern Conference champion Wofford.

In 2009-10 (freshman)
McMIllan saw action in seven contests off the bench, socirng six points, grabbing seven rebounds and dishing out an assist with a blocked shot. He had three rebounds in just five minutes against Penn State Behrend in his collegiate debut, then scored his first points with a 3-pointer against Columbia. He also made a trey against Dartmouth in the home win.

At Northfield Mt. Hermon/Brentwood HS
McMillan was invited to compete in the Academic All-American Classic following a postgraduate year at Northfield Mt. Hermon School in New Hampshire, where he averaged 6.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists on a team that featured four Division I recruits. He shot 41 percent from the floor, 34 percent from 3-point range and 74 percent from the free-throw line. McMillan played at Brentwood HS, where he was a second-team all-league pick as a junior.
