ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Cornell men's polo team got a chance for a second win this season against Skidmore and did just that, using its second team to capture a 23-11 win over the Thoroughbreds on Friday evening at Oxley Equestrian Center. The Big Red closed the fall semester with a 7-2 record.

David Dunstan and
Steven True started the game and jumped to a 7–1 first chukker lead. Matteo Abbruzzese and
Justin Schick joined True for the balance of the game and brought home the win. Schick tallied eight goals to lead the Big Red in scoring. Pardell added six, True had four, Abbruzzese and the horses scored two each. Dunstan scored once.
