ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Cornell men's polo team will tune up for the Bill Field Invitational when it faces Gardnertown on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 2 p.m. at Oxley Equestrian Center. The Big Red will look to keep up the momentum gained in topping Northeast regional rival Connecticut this past weekend.

The Big Red enters the matchup with Gardnertown Polo Club with a 2-2 record and will be facing the club for the first time since the 2007-08 season. Cornell won the last matchup 22-11 and has a two-game win streak in the series, which is tied 3-3-1 dating back to the first meeting in 2000-01.

Firmly entrenched in the lineup is sophomore Nik Feldman and junior Brandon Van Loon, who have combined for 58 of the team's 90 goals thus far. Freshman Nicholas Stieg and junior Connor Pardell have split time in the final spot.
