SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- The Cornell men's polo team evened its record at 2-2 in completing a weekend sweep with a 37-14 triumph over Skidmore on Sunday afternoon. The Big Red knocked off Connecticut 28-10 in Ithaca on Saturday evening for its first win of the 2013-14 campaign.

Nik Feldman started for the Big Red and jumped out to a 9-0 lead after the first chukker on Feldman's seven goals. Feldman gave way to Ignacio Masais in the second. Skidmore capitalized on Feldman's absence by beating the Big Red 7-3 for the chukker and pulled to 12 – 7 at the half. Feldman and Masais would play the rest of the way with Lavitt and Bilodeau splitting the last two chukkkers. Feldman would add 10 goals to his total in the third and 22 for the game. Cornell pulled away with a 15-2 chukker win in the third and cruised home to even its season record at 2-2 and 2-0 in the region. Feldman had 22, Masais scored eight, Lavitt had four and Bilodeau scored three for the Big Red.
