ITHACA, N.Y. -- Here are some notes from Saturday's 75-54 loss at DePaul.
 

Individuals 

  • Junior Terrance McBride posted his fourth consecutive double figure scoring game this season after reaching that mark five times over his first two seasons.
  • McBride has hit better than 50 percent of his shots in all four games.
  • Dean Noll had career highs of 10 points and seven rebounds, hitting two 3-pointers in a game for the first time as well.
  • Kobe Dickson also reached career highs in points (seven) and rebounds (five), including four offensive boards.
  • Dickson has just one turnover (four assists) in 89 career minutes.
  • Freshman Greg Dolan had two assists and two steals, both career highs.
  • Freshmen Marcus Filien, Chuks Uzoka and sophomore Matt Harshany earned their first career playing time.
  • Filien registered his first collegiate points with a 3-pointer and also had a rebound.
  • Harshany notched an assist and two steals in just one minute of action.
  • With his 12 points, junior Jimmy Boeheim became the 98th player in school history to surpass 500 career points (511).
  • Riley Voss had three assists and zero turnovers in the contest, giving him 28 assists and just seven miscues in his last two seasons.
     

Team 

  • The Big Red posted 10 steals, its second time in four games this season with double digits in that category after reaching that total just four times in head coach Brian Earl's first three seasons combined.
  • Cornell has at least 10 assists in seven consecutive games dating back to last season and in 81 of the 92 games head coach Brian Earl has directed the Big Red. 
  • Cornell has won the bench scoring battle in 65 of 92 games under Coach Earl (71 percent of the time), including 24-20 vs. DePaul.
  • The Big Red has struggled shooting from beyond the arc over its last two games, going 12-of-55 (.218).
  • It was the program's first-ever meeting with DePaul.
  • Cornell is now 6-12 against current members of the Big East.
