BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The women's tennis team started its trip to the Midwest with a 7-0 loss to Indiana on Saturday at IU Tennis Center.
Freshman
Katherine Nguyen forced a third set in her match at No. 1 singles for Cornell (3-7), and freshman
Valerie Ho took the first set at No. 4 before being defeated in a super tiebreaker.
Freshman
Khary Pryce made her dual match debut at No. 3 doubles, though her match alongside Ho was halted after Indiana (8-5) won the top two doubles matches to clinch the opening point.
Cornell shifts a little east to wrap up the trip for a 9:30 a.m. Sunday match at Xavier.
