• UAlbany is 2-4 on the season with wins coming from the same teams Cornell has faced and beat so far this season (defeated Colgate, 5-1 and Wagner, 4-1).
• The Great Danes are coached by Phil Sykes in his 15th season with the program. Sykes spent the 2003 season as an interim head coach at Cornell.
