ITHACA, N.Y. -- Cornell women's basketball (1-3, 0-0 Ivy) fell in overtime to Bucknell after leading until the fourth quarter.
Summer Parker-Hall tallied a career-high 17 points in the contest.
Kaya Ingram also tallied double digits, tallying 10.
Cornell opened the first quarter in quick fashion, holding a 4-0 lead until 5:43 remained in the period. Bucknell's first points of the game came from a jumper, but senior captain
Shannon Mulroy had the answer just 14 seconds later, draining a three pointer to take a 7-2 lead. The Big Red maintained at least a three point lead for the remainder of the quarter, and allowed just six more points for the Bison, closing with a 13-8 lead to close out the first.
Cornell opened the second period on an 8-0 run to pull out to a 21-8 lead. Bucknell closed out the period on a 14-4 run, but the Big Red maintained the 25-22 lead over the Bison.
Bucknell buried a three to bring up the first tie of the game, at 27-27 just over three minutes into the third. Back-and-forth basketball ensued, until Cornell put together a 4-1 run to reclaim and maintain the lead through the rest of the quarter, leading 39-34.

Ania McNicholas responded with a three ball to take a 50-49 lead.
Kaya Ingram added to the Red's lead after earning a hard layup for a 52-49 lead. Bucknell responded with a three ball to knot the contest at 52 and force overtime after the Bison held Cornell to no points on two attacks.
The Big Red tallied the first basket of the overtime period, but it was all Bison to close out the game, who finished on a 13-4 tun to win 65-58.
