ITHACA, N.Y. -- Cornell men's polo closed out the fall season in strong fashion, defeating Work-to-Ride 15-7 at home on Friday. The Big Red came out storming in the first chukker, tallying seven goals while holding WtR to none. Cornell continued to outscore WtR in the next two chukkers, 3-2 and 4-1. In the final chukker, WtR battled to score four, but it was too late, as the Big Red closed strong with two more goals to seal the victory. In the contest, junior Christian Finlay made his collegiate debut and scored twice for Cornell, each off of penalties.

Cornell closes out the slate with a 7-3 record, including an impressive 3-1 road record.
