ITHACA, N.Y. — The Cornell men's polo team hosts North Texas on Thursday, Nov. 16, at 7 p.m. as part of the Bill Field Invitational, which runs from Nov. 15 through Nov. 19 at the Oxley Equestrian Center.
The winner of Cornell and North Texas advances to face Southern Methodist or Virginia in the championship game at noon on Sunday. The losers will play in the third-place game at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Cornell (4-4) also opened last year's Bill Field Invitational against North Texas, losing 14-5. The Big Red went 1-2 against Virginia last year and won its lone matchup against SMU.
Cornell has won the Bill Field Invitational twice since 2015, most recently in 2017.
