ITHACA, N.Y. — The Cornell men's tennis team continued its winning ways on Saturday after its swept its doubleheader against No. 52-ranked Indiana and Hobart at the Reis Tennis Center.

Cornell, who is off to its best 11-match start since also going 10-1 to start the 2016-17 campaign, posted a 7-0 victory over the visiting Hoosiers.

The Big Red had victories from Adit Sinha and Nathan Mao at No. 1 doubles, 6-3, and senior Vladislav Melnic and sophomore Radu Papoe claimed a tiebreak victory 7-6 (5) to give Cornell the first point of the day.

Three of Cornell's six singles victories against Indiana came in straight sets. Melnic (No. 2), Sinha (No. 4), and Mao (No. 5) had straight-set victories, while Papoe (No. 1), freshman Petar Teodorovic (No. 3), and junior Samuel Paquette (No. 6) won in three sets.

In its second match of the day, Cornell posted wins at the top two doubles spots to gain the first point of the match. Jack McCarthy and Bradley Paliska, along with freshman Noah Eisenberg and Mohammed Dossani were those who were victorious for the Big Red.

Cornell opened singles play with four straight victories — all in straight sets — to ensure the victory. Dossani (No. 3), Aman Sharma (No. 2), and Jack McCarthy were the first three players to finish their matches, which solidified the victory.
