Men's Polo Looks To Remain Unbeaten As Homestand Begins

| By:
ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Cornell men's polo team will continue to build on its best start since 2016 (7-0) when it returns home for a pair of weekend contests at Oxley Equestrian Center. The Big Red will face the Central New York Polo Club on Friday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m., then meets the University of Maryland on Saturday, Nov. 15 at 6 p.m.

Last season the Big Red earned a 19-10 home win over Central New York Polo Club, its second straight win in the series. Cornell will be meeting Maryland for the first time since capturing a 17-11 victory during the 2017-18 campaign.

The Big Red enters the contests with a perfect 6-0 record after a three-game sweep of St. Croix Polo Club (15-12), Babson (25-6) and Harvard (19-5) two weekends ago. Included was a tournament championship at the UVa Fall Invitational.
