ITHACA, N.Y. -- The doubles team of junior
Felipe Pinzon and senior
Petar Teodorovic will represent Cornell men's tennis at the 2025 NCAA Doubles Championships from Nov. 19-23 at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla. The University of Central Florida and the USTA will serve as hosts.
After qualifying for NCAA's by winning the ITA New England Regionals doubles title, Pinzon and Teodorovic will face TCU's Cosme Rolland De Ravel and Albert Pedrico Kravtsov in the first round of the 32-team field. The Horned Frog's duo is among the 5-8 seeds at the event.
The Big Red duo is one of three Ivy League doubles teams to qualify to compete at NCAAs. Joining them will be Aaron Sandler and Manfredi Graziani of Penn, as well as Princeton's Paul Inchauspe and Landon Ardila. The Princeton tandem will be one of the 5-8 seeds.
All matches will be played as the best-of-three sets, with a 10-point match tiebreaker to be played in lieu of a third set. The tournament is single elimination.
This marks the second straight season that Cornell is represented at the NCAA Championships, with All-American
Radu Papoe '25 advancing to the second round in singles and
Rushil Khosla and
Eric Verdes seeing competition in doubles last fall.
