Warden Leads the Big Red Through Roar-EE Invitational

Kingston, N.Y. – The Cornell men's golf team completes 36 holes at the Roar-EE Invitational at the Wilwyck Golf Club on Saturday in seventh place with a team score of 596. 

Weston Warden led the Big Red through the first round carding an even 72 in the first round of play and following up with a 75 in the second-round finishing 14th overall in the competition.

Tyler Debusschere rebounded in the second round, improving from 76 to 72 to finish one stroke behind Warden at four-over.

Victor Stollinger (76-75), TJ Betlow (76-75) and Jackson Debusschere (75-81) rounded out the Big Red lineup.

St. Thomas Aquinas won the tournament at two-over (578) followed by Lafayette College (580) and Dartmouth (581).

Cornell gears up for the Ivy League Tournament in Pennsylvania at the Watching Valley Golf Club on April 19-21.
