ITHACA, N.Y. — The Cornell baseball team's non-conference contest against Bucknell at Depew Field in Lewisburg, Pa., scheduled for this afternoon, has been canceled on the account of cold temperatures and high winds.
The contest between the Big Red and Bison will not be made up this season.
Cornell (10-10, 5-4 Ivy League) will return to Booth Field to continue Ivy League play this weekend when it hosts league-leading Penn (13-12, 7-2 Ivy League) for a three-game series, which begins on Saturday with a doubleheader slated for an 11:30 a.m. start. All three games of the series will be streamed on ESPN+.
Fans attending this weekend's contests, and any future weekend baseball games at Booth Field, will be subject to a $10 parking fee, which will begin three hours before the first game begins. Credit card payments will only be accepted. Parking will also be available in the East Hill Plaza and McGovern Fields parking lots, free of charge, with a shuttle service being provided.
