ITHACA, N.Y. -- A record five Cornell sailors earned All-America honors when the Intercollegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) announced its year-end honors on Tuesday afternoon. Senior
Bridget Green (women's skipper) and
Sophia Mulvania (crew) earned first-team honors, with
Sophia Devling,
Winborne Majette and
Amelia Neumann were each chosen as honorable mention picks.
Green, Cornell's first four-time All-American in sailing, captured her third first-team honor. A two-time MAISA Athlete Sailor of the Year, she became Cornell's first three-time All-Ivy selection. Green helped the Big Red to four MAISA women's spring titles, two conference team race championships and a pair of fall titles.
Mulvania is the only other Big Red sailor to repeat on the team after her honorable mention selection last spring. The senior closed her career as a three-time All-MAISA sailor and a two-time All-Ivy honoree, including capturing first-team all-league honors in her final season.
Devling earned all-league honors in both women's and open sailing this season, with the rising senior capturing All-MAISA accolades in each of her three seasons. Majette closed her sophomore season as a two-year all-league pick as well as a skipper. Neumann was a four-time, first-team All-MAISA selection who was recognized as an All-American for the first time.
The five All-Americans in 2025 surpassed the record of three in both 2020 and 2022.
