ITHACA, N.Y. – Cornell gymnastics travels to College Park, Md., on Saturday, March 7 for a quad meet hosted by Maryland at 7 p.m. at the Xfinity Center.
THE MEET
The Big Red will face Maryland, Ball State and Temple in the four-team competition. Cornell enters with a 1-7 record after earning its first victory of the season with a 193.450-189.075 win over Southern Connecticut State on Sunday, March 1 in the home finale at Newman Arena.

CORNELL UPDATE
The Big Red swept all four events in their victory over Southern Connecticut State on Senior Day, with
Cami Whitaker winning vault (9.750),
Sarah Goetter capturing uneven bars (9.725),
Grace McLean taking balance beam (9.775), and
Josie Moylan claiming floor exercise (9.825). The dominant performance marked Cornell's first team victory of the season.
Whitaker continues to lead Cornell's vault lineup, having posted scores of 9.750 or higher in seven of eight meets this season. Her season-high 9.850 on vault, achieved twice this year, remains one of the Big Red's top individual marks of 2026.
Addy Rothstein added a 9.725 on vault against SCSU and contributed a 9.700 on bars, showcasing her all-around capabilities.
Moylan's 9.825 on floor against SCSU marked her third consecutive meet scoring 9.825 or higher on the event, demonstrating remarkable consistency on the Big Red's strongest apparatus. Cornell has posted floor scores above 48.650 in seven of eight meets this season, with Moylan holding the team's season-high mark of 9.875 from the Empire State Collegiate Championships.
Goetter's victory on bars extended her strong season on the event, having finished in the top four in three of the last four meets. McLean continues to provide versatility across multiple events, competing on vault, beam and floor in the win over SCSU. The Big Red will look to build on their momentum as they head into the final stretch of the regular season.
