ITHACA, N.Y. – Cornell men's lacrosse senior
Brendan Staub has been named to the 2025-26 Academic All-America First Team, as announced by the College Sports Communicators (CSC).
Staub, an All-American long-stick midfielder, is one of 17 student-athletes named to the CSC Academic All-America Division I first team and joins a group that combined for a 3.96 GPA this season.
On the field, Staub was an All-Ivy selection and All-American as a long-stick midfielder, captaining the Big Red defense and leading the team with 18 caused turnovers and 44 ground balls, while starting all 16 games during his senior campaign.
Staub was selected by the Philadelphia Waterdogs in the third round of the PLL draft.
