Women's Squash Defeats Stanford, 6-3

NEW HAVEN, Conn.—The Big Red women's squash team picked up its second win of the Yale Round Robin on Saturday morning defeating Stanford, 6-3. Cornell improved to 3-3 overall for the season with the win.

At the No. 2 position, Rebecca Hazzell won a hard fought 3-2 match over Samantha Buechner after losing the opening game. At the No. 3, 4, and 5 positions, Jennifer Gemmell, Liza Stokes and Lauren Sachvie all picked up four game wins over their respective opponents. At the No. 8-10 positions, Rachel Wagner, Clare Berner and Isabella Spyrou all won by 3-0 scores.
