CAMBRIDGE, Mass.—The women's squash team finished sixth in the country in the Howe Cup of the CSA National Championships this weekend. Cornell went 1-2 against the top teams in the nation on the Harvard campus. The Big Red lost to No. 5 Yale, 8-1, on Sunday afternoon in its final team matches of the season.
At the No. 5 position, Alex Cornett picked up Cornell's win against Reigluth, 3-1. She lost the first game, 9-4, but bounced back to win the next three 10-9, 9-2, 9-3.
The Big Red will close out play for the season at the CSA Individual championships, Feb. 26-March 1 in Williamstown, Mass.
