PROVIDENCE, R.I.—The No. 60 ranked Brown women's tennis team played past the Big Red, 7-0, on Saturday afternoon. In doubles play at the No. 1 position, Natalia Sanchez and Sinziana Chis teamed up to defeat No. 69 ranked Bianka Aboubakare and Cassandra Herzberg, 8-6. The Big Red moves to 6-12 overall and 2-3 in Ivy play. Brown improved to 18-3 and 4-1 against the Ancient Eight.

Brown opened the day with a win at the No. 3 doubles spot, but Sanchez and Chis' win at the No. 1 position tied up play. The Bears sealed the win with a victory at No. 2. Brown swept singles play to seal the win.

The Big Red will play at Princeton on April 17.
