Mitch Belisle ’07 and Max Seibald ’09 Named MLL All-Stars

BOSTON – Former Cornell men's lacrosse players Mitch Belisle '07 and Max Seibald '09 are among the 40 players selected to participate in the 2011 Sports Authority Major League Lacrosse (MLL) All-Star Game. The game will be held at Harvard Stadium in Cambridge, Mass., on July 9th at 7 p.m.

Belisle, a member of the Boston Cannons, will be making his first All-Star appearance. Seibald, a member of the Denver Outlaws, will make his third consecutive trip to All-Star weekend.

This year's All-Star game will showcase a new twist as the two winners of the MLL Ultimate Fan Fantasy Contest, Nathan Solomon and Michael Hatala, will serve as captains and handpick the two All-Star teams. The All-Star selection event will take place at Harvard Stadium on Friday, July 8 as part of the All-Star Kick Off Party at 7 p.m. The selection event is free and open to the public.

The MLL All-Star Game is one of MLL's biggest events of the season and features the popular Bud Light Skills Competition and the all-new Goalie Gauntlet. It will air live on ESPN2.

The players, who will make up those two teams at the All-Star Game will be:
