ITHACA, N.Y. – Eight of the top men's tennis programs in the region will descend on Reis Tennis Center this weekend for the ECAC Men's Indoor Tennis Championships, which will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the home of Cornell tennis. The entire tournament — 12 matches in all — will be free and open to the public.
Cornell (4-1) is seeded fourth, carrying a national ranking of 73rd by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. Sophomore
Quoc-Daniel Nguyen has a four-match winning streak in singles, helping the Big Red to a 7-0 drubbing of Buffalo in its last outing on Sunday. Nguyen and classmates

Kyle Berman are all 4-1 in singles play, while Berman and Fleck are a perfect 4-0 when competing at the No. 3 doubles position. Junior
Venkat Iyer and Sidney are also 3-0 at No. 1 doubles, as the Big Red has won 10 of its 15 doubles matches to date.
The Big Red will open play against fifth-seeded and 61st-ranked Brown at 3 p.m. Friday.
If Cornell wins, it will face the winner of Friday's match between top-seeded and 47th ranked Harvard and Yale at 6 p.m. Saturday. The losers of the Harvard/Yale and Cornell/Brown matches will square off in the consolation semifinals at 11 a.m. Saturday.
The tournament will start at 8 a.m. Friday, when third-seeded and 64th-ranked Princeton takes on sixth-seeded and 59th-ranked Dartmouth in the first of four first-round matchups. The other first-round matchup is second-seeded and 42nd-ranked Columbia vs. seventh-seeded George Washington at 11 a.m. Friday.
Matches are scheduled at 8 a.m., 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, then 8 a.m., 10 a.m. 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Admission to the general public is free.
