Cornell is back in action tomorrow evening as it plays host to Brown at 7 p.m. in the team's annual Play 4Kay game with proceeds to benefit the Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes. The will be no admission but fans are encouraged to wear pink and make a donation.

DiMagno racked up her 23 points on a 10-of-16 shooting performance from the floor and a mark of 3-for-3 from the charity stripe. She also pulled down 10 rebounds, including nine on the offensive glass, to help the Big Red to a 40-36 advantage on the backboards.

Both teams had nearly identical shooting percentages from the floor, with Yale finishing at 39.6 (21-53) and the Big Red at 39.7 (25-63), but the Bulldogs capitalized on its long distance shooting, connecting on 42.9 percent (6-14) from beyond the arc, while Cornell hit just 12.5 percent (1-8). Yale also went 19-of-25 from the free throw line, outscoring the Big Red by 12 points at the charity stripe as the home team made 7-of-10 attempts.

Cornell (10-10, 2-4) trailed 27-23 at the half but four consecutive points by Lane, followed by a layup by DiMagno on a beautiful bounce pass in the lane from Fitzpatrick concluded a 10-0 Big Red run and gave the home team its first lead since the opening minutes of the contest.

Nyasha Sarju knocked down a trey on Yale's next trip down the court, but DiMagno answered again with a runner in the lane, followed by a traditional three-point play to make it a 34-30 game with 13:20 remaining. Cornell stretched its lead to five points (37-32) when Fitzpatrick hit a free throw at the 10:07 mark, but five consecutive points by Graf tied the game for the fifth time.

The teams traded baskets on the next few trips down the floor, but with just under eight minutes to play the Bulldogs began a 9-4 run that put them up by six with 5:30 remaining in the game. The run ended when Stephanie Long scored a layup while getting fouled and converted the ensuing free throw, but the three points would be as close as it would get as the visitors quickly extended its lead back to double-digits and then made its free throws down the stretch.
