ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Cornell men's polo team will attempt to maintain its momentum and remain unbeaten in the second semester when it welcomes Kentucky and the Maryland Polo Club this weekend at Oxley Equestrian Center. The Big Red will meet the Wildcats on Friday, Feb. 2 at 7:30 p.m., then hosts Maryland the following afternoon at 1 p.m.

The Big Red men stand at 9-2 with a seven-match win streak in tow. Coming off a 16-4 campaign that included a trip to the national semifinals, Cornell will be eyeing the program's 12th national title. Eldredge has a 464-184-8 (.713) record in his 33 years on the sidelines for the Big Red, including 30 straight appearances in the finals of the Northeast Regionals and 15 consecutive trips to nationals, as well as the 2005 USPA collegiate national title.
