As a team, No. 5 Cornell was selected to finish second in the conference standings behind No. 1 Yale, and the Big Red's game with the Bulldogs on March 16 was chosen as the contest to watch for during conference play.
Both Teat and McCulloch were named to Inside Lacrosse's Preseason All-American list, garnering first- and third-team selections, respectively.
A first-team Inside Lacrosse Media All-American a year ago, Teat was a USILA first-team All-American as well following the 2018 season. A unanimous first-team All-Ivy honoree, Teat finished his sophomore season ranked fourth in the nation in assists (3.44) and fifth overall in points (5.50) per game.
McCulloch was an honorable mention Inside Lacrosse Media All-American a year ago after an outstanding junior campaign. He was also a second-team All-Ivy honoree in 2018 after ranking fourth on the team in goals (27), assists (15) and points (42), all of which were career highs.
Bray, a short-stick defensive midfielder, was named honorable mention All-Ivy following his first season on the defensive end of the field. An invaluable asset on both the face-off wings and in the Big Red's clearing game, he finished the 2018 season with 37 ground balls and eight caused turnovers.
The Big Red men's lacrosse season gets underway at Hobart on Friday, Feb. 22.
