Cornell will have two members competing in the NCAA Championship, which will take place in Austin, Texas, from June 5-8. Freshman Beatrice Juskeviciute punched her ticket nationals in the hepthathlon prior to the preliminary round. Joining Juskeviciute in Austin will be senior Briar Brumley, competing in the 3000m steeplechase.

Senior Eve Glasergreen was the lone competitor for the Big Red on Saturday. In her last collegiate race, Glasergreen ran a 17:05.18 to place 34th.

Friday's biggest highlight came in the 3000m steeplechase, as Brumley finished eighth overall and third in her heat to earn an automatic qualifier to the NCAA Championship meet. The senior captain ran a time of 10:05.84, her second fastest mark in the event, to advance to the national finals for the first time in her career. Also competing in the steeplechase was sophomore Gabrielle Orie, who closed out her strong season with a time of 10:30.79.

After advancing to the national quarterfinal round of the 400m hurdles on Thursday, freshman Brooke Overholt ran a time of 59.28 the following day. The mark was the fourth best amongst freshman and was 17th overall, just five places away from advancing to nationals.

On Thursday, sophomore Marguerite Lorenzo capped off her season with a clearance of 1.70m (5-7 ft.) in the high jump to place 35th. Senior captain Annie Taylor was part of a collision in the 1500m, which knocked her over. Despite the setback, Taylor still managed to finish with a time of 4:32.11 for 38th place.
