ITHACA, N.Y. -- Ian Sistare and Aaryn Rai combined to hit 15-of-18 shots and Dartmouth made 56 percent from the floor overall as Dartmouth completed a season sweep of Cornell with an 82-70 victory on Friday evening at Newman Arena. Dartmouth improved to 11-15 (4-7 Ivy), while Cornell fell to 6-18 (3-8 Ivy).
Junior
Terrance McBride kept his hot hand with 20 points to go along with four assists and classmate
Bryan Knapp tied a career high with 17 along with three helpers as Cornell shot 49 percent overall and turned the ball over just six times to 13 assists.
Kobe Dickson had 10 points and five rebounds for his second consecutive double figure scoring game and
Josh Warren chipped in nine points, five assists, three rebounds and two blocks. Freshmen
Greg Dolan had seven points and
Marcus Filien notched eight rebounds.
Sistare hit 8-of-10 shots overall and 6-of-8 from 3-point range for a career high 25 points, while Rai connected on 7-of-8 baskets for 18 points. Chris Knight posted 17 points, 13 rebounds and five assists in the win. In all, the Big Green outrebounded Cornell 29-23 and shot a sizzling 64 percent after halftime. James Foye rounded out four double figure scorers with 14 points. The Big Green hit on 11-of-23 shots from beyond the arc and drained 21-of-29 free throws.

First Half
• Sophomore Kobe Dickson hit a 3-pointer, the first of his career, on the game's first possession and another five minutes later, but the Big Green used a 12-2 run to get out to a seven-point edge on its way to a 21-13 lead.
• Four quick points by Terrance McBride and a driving layup by Marcus Filien got the home team within 21-19 just after the under-eight timeout.
• A Bryan Knapp layup with 2:27 left was the big Red's lone basket in the final 3:30 as the visitors went into the break holding a 34-26 edge.
• Sistare hit 4-of-5 3-pointers en route to 14 points, including three over the span of 79 seconds early in the first half to set the tone.
• Both teams had just four turnovers in a crisply-played first half.
• The Big Green was 7-of-14 from 3-point range.
• McBride scored nine in the first half to lead the Big Red, while Knapp scored seven.
Second Half
• Dartmouth's lead grew to double figures on the very first possession and grew to 14 (45-31) after a Chris Knight dunk four minutes into the second half.
• Cornell had three three-point play opportunities in the span of four possessions but could only trim six points off the lead, getting to within 54-46 with 11:17 when Greg Dolan converted a drive.
• McBride's pull-up jumper with 9:14 got the home team back to 55-53, but Foye hit Knight for a layup and a three-point play and Cornell never got within a possession again.
• The Big Green extended the lead in the final minutes, including a Sistare trey at the shot clock buzzer with a little more than two minutes left that served as the dagger.
• Rai made 6-of-7 shots from the floor in the second half for 14 points, while Knight had 12 points, six rebounds and three assists.
