ITHACA, N.Y. – The Cornell women's tennis team knocked off a nationally-ranked opponent on Friday with a 6-1 victory over Buffalo at Reis Tennis Center.

Cornell (2-7) won the top and bottom doubles matches comfortably to take an early lead, then continued that momentum into the first set of singles. The Big Red rolled to victories in the first four, then Alexandra Savu made it five by prevailing in a tiebreaker at #6.
