Yale and Brown Rewind
Game One
The Cornell women's ice hockey team surged past the no. 7-ranked Yale Bulldogs, 6-1, at Lynah Rink on Friday night. Cornell remains unbeaten, moving to 7-0-1 on the season. Yale dropped to 3-2-0 on the year.

Game Two
The Cornell women's ice hockey team defeated Brown 5-1 on Saturday evening at Lynah Rink. With the victory, the Big Red matched its best start in program history, which came in the 2019-20 campaign where the Cornellians finished the season ranked first in the nation. Cornell remains undefeated, moving to 8-0-1 on the season, while Brown falls to 3-5-0.

Harvard currently leads the all-time series against Cornell, 55-34-6. The Crimson swept the Big Red in last year's rendition of the series.

Best Start In Program History
With the win against Brown on Saturday, Cornell matched its best start in program history (8-0-1), which came in the 2019-20 campaign.

Katie Chan, and
Lily Delianedis has been explosive at the start of the 2023-24 season to say the least. These linemates combine for 47 points (20 goals, 27 assists) through the opening nine games of the season.
Daniel ranks first in the nation in assists per game with 1.44, third in goals per game with 1 per contest, and first in points per game with 2.44. Chan has exploded onto the scene for the Big Red, currently marking 17th in the nation in goals per game with 0.67. Delianedis has been the anchor to those explosive wingers, collecting 97 wins during her faceoff duties, and lighting the lamp twice during Big Red power-play opportunities.
First Time For Everything
First-year forward
Karel Prefontaine entered last weekend with five points on the season, all of which came on assists. The Gatineau native found the back of the net for the first in her Cornell career this weekend in the 5-1 victory over Brown.
Rookie winger
Beatrice Perron-Roy collected her first career point on an assist this weekend in a 5-1 victory against Ivy League foe Brown.

Deanna Fraser have both seen action between the pipes this season. Bergmann has started in seven games, earning 142 saves (high - 28) with a .934 save percentage. Fraser has started two games, earning 35 saves (high - 23) with a .946 save percentage to go along with a shutout victory ove Syracuse. Bergmann holds a 6-0-1 record while Fraser is 2-0-0.
Daniel, 100th Career Point
Daniel exploded for a six-point weekend versus Penn State, registering her points on one goal and five assists. She eclipsed her 100th-career point in the process of sweeping the Nittany Lions, and has not slowed down since, now having 121.
