Ramsey, who was one of three ivy league players honored on the national squads, was a third-team choice in 2022.
The 2023 NFHCA Mideast Regional Player of the Year and Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year, Ramsey was a first-team All-Ivy and NFHCA All-Region pick for the third time in her career in 2023. She ranked second nationally in goals (24) and points (54), both single-season school records, while leading the Big Red to a second-place finish in the Ancient Eight and a school-record 12 wins. The senior was named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week four times and was credited with the game winners in eight of the team's victories with three additional defensive saves (second in the Ivy League) from her position in the midfield.

For her efforts in 2023, she was named to the NFHCA Division I Senior Team.
