HANOVER, N.H. — The Cornell women's tennis fell to Harvard, 4-0, in the opening round of the ECAC Indoor Championships, hosted by Dartmouth College on Friday morning.
Harvard took the opening point with 6-2 and 6-0 victories at the bottom two doubles matches. Junior

Emma Baker were leading 5-4 at the time their match was stopped.
Maxi Duncan (No. 2), Angel You (No. 4), and Sany Gawande (No. 5) posted straight-set victories for the Crimson, who will play top-ranked Princeton on Saturday following its 4-3 victory over Dartmouth early on Friday.
Cornell will face Dartmouth on Saturday at 8 a.m. at the Boss Tennis Center in the losers side of the ECAC Indoor Championship bracket.
Scouting Dartmouth
Dartmouth will enter Saturday's contest having lost its last three matches against Boston College, Maryland, and Princeton.
The Big Green opened the spring slate with victories of St. John's and Merrimack.
In its match against Princeton on Friday, Dartmouth claimed the doubles point behind 6-3 and 6-2 victories. Ashley Hess and Emily Zhou each claimed three-set victories for the Big Green in the setback.
