Elise Jendritz and
Soodong Kim represented the Big Red at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships. The men's side had the 1 meter prelims and finals, while the women's side competed in the 3 meter prelims and finals on day one. The competitions were reversed for the second day. The top-18 divers in each prelim session move on to the finals.
Jendritz opened day one with a 275.80 performance in the 3 meter prelims. Her dive ranked 15th among the Zone A divers, moving her on to the 3 meter finals. She concluded the day with a 17th place finish in the finals, with a cumulative score of 539.20. Her score in the finals of 263.4 ranks the third-highest score in Cornell history, since the championships changed from 11 to six dives. Kim clocked a score of 249.40 in the 1 meter dive, good for 37th overall in the prelims.
Jendritz was the lone Cornell representative for day two, competing in the 1 meter. She narrowly missed the finals qualifier by less than two points with her score of 248.95, good for 19th place. Her score ranks fifth all-time at Cornell.
