Cornell swimmer completes at the 2026 Ivy Championships

Women's Swim and Dive Finishes Sixth At Ivies

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Cornell women's swimming and diving team completed the 2026 Ivy League Championships on Saturday night with a sixth-place finish, totaling 614.5 points. Princeton captured the team title with 1432 points, followed by Penn (1204), Harvard (1153.5), Brown (1137) and Yale (840).

Erin DeHollander led Cornell in the 1650-yard freestyle, placing 17th in 17:03.94 to score nine points. In the 200-yard backstroke, Hojung Yoon paced the Big Red with a ninth-place finish in 1:56.62 to earn 20 points. Rosalee Springer tied for 15th in 1:58.67 to add 11.5 points, while Sadye Dersadt finished 24th in 2:02.67 for one point.
Katie Ferreira led the way with a 15th-place finish in 2:17.94 (12 points). Audrey Holden added seven points with an 18th-place finish in 2:17.66, Nicole Byrnes-Cortinas scored five points with a 20th-place finish in 2:19.78 and Jasmine Xu added four points with a 21st-place finish in 2:19.79.

Katherine Yee highlighted Cornell's effort in the 200-yard butterfly, tying for ninth in 2:00.46 to score 18.5 points, while Oceane Vanlinthout added nine points with a 17th-place finish in 2:02.35. Cornell divers also contributed key points in the 3-meter competition as Morgan Ogata finished 11th in the B-final with a score of 271.65 to earn 16 points. Lilla Kuziemko added nine points and Brooke Andrews scored seven points in the preliminaries.

Cornell closed the meet with a fifth-place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay as Jungmin Yoon, Kate Li, Kyleigh Tangen and Rosalee Springer combined for a time of 3:21.71 to score 50 points.
