ITHACA, N.Y. -- The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association has announced the 2023 Scholar All-Americans list, and four Big Red are on the list. Seniors Gavin Adler, Billy Coyle, Billy Chabot, and Chayse Ierlan were the representatives for the Big Red. In tandem of the individual honors, Cornell was also honored as a recipient of the 2023 USILA Team Academic Award for maintaining at least a 3.0 as a team across the 2023 season.

Each of the four completed their final season of Cornell lacrosse this spring. Adler, the number one pick in the 2023 PLL Draft, just completed his degree in communications alongside Ierlan. Coyle graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, and Chabot earned his degree in Applied Economics and Management. The four played in a collective 52 games across the season, accounting for 30 goals, 28 assists, 123 groundballs, 25 caused turnovers, and 179 saves.
