ITHACA, N.Y. — Cornell women's polo is heading to Charlottesville, VA from Wednesday, Oct. 23 through Sunday, Oct. 27 to compete in the University of Virginia Fall Invitational.

The tournament holds two brackets, one for men's and one for women's which are competing interchangeably every other day. 

The Big Red women's team begins competition on Friday, Oct. 25 at 6:00 p.m. against Texas A&M.

Cornell is coming off of a two game winning streak with a victory against Skidmore 15-8 and a home opener victory against the Central New York Polo Club 12-4. Freshman Naomi Marlough has been a standout for the team as she has 12 goals within those two games. Fifth year Isabelle Braden has also been strong for the Big Red as she has ten goals between those two games.

The Big Red head into this tournament 2-0 on the season and will look to bring more success back with them after they compete at the Virginia Polo Fall Invitational from October 23-27.
