ITHACA, N.Y. -- Cornell women's tennis hosts a trio of opponents this weekend as the team prepares for its return to duals after the ECAC Championship last week. The first match, set for Saturday, Feb. 17 against Rutgers will commence at 12 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 18, the Big Red faces a double-dual day when the team hosts Boston College at 10 a.m. and Marist at 4 p.m. All matches will be played at the Reis Tennis Center.

The Big Red and the Scarlett Knights have faced off four times before, with the series split at two apiece. Both Cornell wins have come as 5-2 victories. The Big Red won the most recent meeting on Feb. 18, 2018.

Boston College and Cornell have met three times before, with each meeting going to the Eagles. The two teams met as recently as April 7, 2022, with Boston College taking the win, 4-1.

Cornell has a perfect record against Marist, winning all three meetings. In addition to being perfect all-time against the Red Foxes, Cornell has never dropped a game, winning each meeting 7-0.

Following the trio of contests, Cornell hits the road for a double-dual weekend where the team faces off against Xavier on Saturday, Feb. 24 and Indiana on Sunday, Feb. 25.
