ITHACA, N.Y. — After having last weekend off from competition, the Cornell women's rowing teams returns to action when it welcomes No. 5-ranked Brown to the Cayuga Inlet for the annual Dunn Bowl race.
Brown has claimed each race since 1993 when former Big Red head coach John Dunn decided one of the oldest Ivy League regattas needed its own cup.
All of the women's races will launch five minutes following the men's heavyweight events against Princeton and Yale in the annual Carnegie Cup races.
The Big Red last raced on April 12 and 13 on Lake Carnegie in Princeton, N.J., at the Ivy Invite, where Cornell squared off against a quartet of Ancient Eight rivals in Princeton, Harvard, Dartmouth, and Penn.
