Malachi Light adding six. Cornell was also credited with four pony goals. Also seeing action in the win was

"This was another great win for our guys. After going 0-2 in close losses against the Huskies a year ago, we're thrilled to have gotten a bit of redemption, and to continue our quest for a D1 Championship title this year," said
Anthony Condo Jr., the Peter B. Orthwein `68 Head Coach of Polo. "Benito has been the consummate senior leader on the field, with a very solid crew of sophomores in Dylan, Max and Malachi backing him. Next up is a big test for us as we host the 2025 William S. Field Invitational this coming week before breaking for the holidays and winter intersession."
The Big Red trailed 2-1 early, but an 8-0 run put the home team in the lead for good. Cornell held a 15-4 edge at halftime and grew the lead to 24-4 after three chukkers before cruising to the victory, its seventh straight this season without a loss.
Cornell returns to action when it begins the William S. Field Invitational with an intrasquad matchup between Cornell Red and White teams on Friday. 20 at 7 p.m. at Oxley Equestrian Center.
