ITHACA, N.Y. - Cornell women's tennis will play a pair of neutral site matches this weekend, facing Indiana in West Point, N.Y. and Boston College in Binghamton, N.Y. The Big Red will play the Hoosiers in West Point at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15 before facing Boston College in Binghamton at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 16.
Cornell (1-7) is fresh off its first win of the season at the ECAC Indoor Championship last weekend, where it swept UMass by a score of 4-0.
Fatima El Ashram,
Michelle Deng and
Sarah Campbell took home singles victories for the Big Red, while the doubles pairings of
Ashley Huang/Campbell and Deng/El Ashram earned the doubles point.
Maria Adiaconitei (3-3) and El Ashram (3-5) are tied for the team lead in singles victories this season with three apiece. El Ashram and Deng have combined to become Cornell's most potent doubles threat thus far with a spotless 3-0 record.

Indiana (5-3) has won four of its last five matches, with the lone loss coming against #20 Tennessee on Feb. 9. The Hoosiers own wins over Eastern Michigan, Navy, Western Michigan, Xavier, and UAB. Indiana was a formidable team in 2018-19, finishing the year with a 16-11 record. Following its match against Cornell, Indiana will face Ivy League foe Yale on Sunday. Indiana is led in singles play by Michelle McKamey, who is 5-1 in dual matches playing at No. 4 and No. 5. Playing at No. 1 singles is Caitlin Bernard who owns a 4-2 record. In doubles, Indiana's top duo is Jelly Bozovic and Annabelle Andrinopou, who are 3-1 in duals and went 7-3 in tournaments during the fall season.
Boston College (7-1) is coming off its first loss of the season last weekend, a 5-2 loss to Syracuse. Prior to the loss, Boston College had defeated a plethora of Ivy League opponents in Dartmouth, Brown, Harvard and Yale. Yufei Long is the teams top-ranked singles player, coming in at #67 in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings. Long is 6-2 at No. 1 singles, with a pair of wins over ranked opponents, including #22 Natasha Subhas of Virginia. Long and Kylie Wilcox are the #26 doubles team in the country with a 3-1 record. Long and Wilcox recently defeated the #3 ranked doubles team of Samantha Martinelli/Jessie Gong of Yale.
