KINGS POINT, N.Y. -- Cornell sailing opened the 2023-24 slate with a second straight win in as many years at the King's Point Women's Invite under the Ted Moore `71 Director of Cornell Sailing, Lior Lavie. The women's team finished atop a leader board of seven teams, and finished third out of nine teams in the Open Invite.

The Big Red fielded two boats in the Open Invite. Smith and freshman Kit Harned then subbed in, wrapping up the division with two more finishes at three in Harned's first collegiate action.
