AKRON, Ohio. - The Cornell women's swimming and diving team registered 1498 points en route to a fourth-place at the 2024 Zippy Invitational.

Day One
Erin Dehollander, Jungmin Yoon, Allie Danko, and Kate Li claimed a fourth-place finish for the Big Red in the 800 freestyle relay (7:23.16). Mingna Xu, Quinn Rinkus, Victoria Zhang, and Li finished fifth in the 200 medley relay (1:42.12).

Day Two
Erin DeHollander claimed a fourth-place finish in the 500 freestyle (4:53.94). Li was the highest Big Red finisher in the 200 IM, taking sixth (2:03.34). Zhang clinched seventh in the 50 freestyle (23.35 seconds). Hojung Yoon, Rinkus, Zhang, and Rosalee Springer collected a sixth-place 400 medley relay result.

Day Three
Katie Ferreira (4:21.85) and Yoon (4:21.98) captured second- and third-place finishes in the 400 IM. Ming Xu took fourth in the 100 backstroke (54.81 seconds).

Day Four
DeHollander earned first-place in the 1650 freestyle with her finals time of 16:55.25. Danko was third in the same event, racing to a time of 17:11.01. Springer took third in the 200 backstroke (1:58.79).

The fourth- and fitth-place spots in the 400 freestyle relay were owned by the Big Red. Xu, Ariel Lin, Audrey Holden, and DeHollander were apart of the fourth-place squad (2:29.94). Rinkus, Xu, Katherine Yee, and Kyleigh Tangen made up the fifth-place group.
