ITHACA, N.Y. — Cornell senior outside hitter Eliza Konvicka has been named Ivy League Player of the Week for the third time this season after a dominant performance in the Big Red's victory over Columbia this past weekend.

Konvicka led the team with 17 kills, averaging 4.25 per set and posting a .536 hitting percentage, while adding 2 service aces and 7 digs to her stat line. Her performance helped Cornell secure a key league victory and maintain momentum in Ivy League play.

This award marks Konvicka's third Ivy League Player of the Week honor this season, adding to her previous two selections, and underscores her consistency and impact for the Big Red.

The senior now boasts 1,167 career kills, ranking fourth in program history. If she continues her current form, she is well on track to enter Cornell's all-time top three in career kills, solidifying her legacy in Big Red volleyball history.

Cornell currently sits at 12-6 overall and 7-1 in Ivy League play and returns to league action this weekend on the road vs Dartmouth and Harvard, looking to build on the momentum fueled by Konvicka's standout performance.
