Gymnastics Closes Regular Season at West Chester

ITHACA, N.Y. – Cornell gymnastics closes out the regular season on the road Saturday, March 14, traveling to West Chester, Pa., for an 11 a.m. dual meet against the Golden Rams at Sturzebecker Health Science Center.

CORNELL UPDATE
The Big Red posted a 193.175 at the Maryland Quad on Saturday, March 7, finishing fourth in a field that included host and top-ranked Maryland (196.225), Ball State (195.975) and Temple (194.875). Cami Whitaker led Cornell on vault with a 9.775 to tie for fifth overall, while Addy Rothstein and Sarah Goetter each contributed 9.750s on floor. On beam, Natalia Tehrani and Anne MacKenzie both posted 9.775s to tie for 12th in the event.
Whitaker has been one of the Big Red's most consistent performers all season, posting a vault score of 9.775 or higher in three of her last four meets. Cornell's season-high team total of 193.575 came at the Ivy Classic on Feb. 22 in New Haven.
The Big Red earned its first victory of the season on March 1, sweeping all four events against Southern Connecticut State at Newman Arena. Whitaker won vault (9.750), Goetter claimed uneven bars (9.725), Grace McLean took balance beam (9.775) and Josie Moylan captured floor exercise (9.825) in Cornell's first team win of 2026.

LAST TIME OUT
Cornell finished fourth at the Maryland Quad on March 7 with a 193.175, trailing No. 1 Maryland (196.225), Ball State (195.975) and Temple (194.875).
Whitaker led the Big Red on vault with a 9.775 (T-5th), while Rothstein added a 9.750 on the apparatus. Tehrani and MacKenzie paced Cornell on beam with matching 9.775s, and Goetter and Rothstein each posted 9.750s on floor.

NEXT UP
Following Saturday's meet at West Chester, Cornell will turn its attention to the Gymnastics East Conference Championships held at Newman Arena on Saturday, April 21.
